At Lisa’s Closet we want you to love what you have purchased and strive to provide you with clothing, furniture and home ware products that are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund.

Returns and exchanges for online orders will be gladly accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and have all original tags attached.

All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns and exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or any item sold at a reduced price. 

How to Return or Exchange an item

To return an order, simply send back your items to Lisa’s Closet in Indonesia:


After the items have been quality checked and found to be in original condition, we will process the refund (less original delivery charges). The funds will usually appear on your statement after 3-4 working days.

Faulty Items

At Lisa’s Closet, all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. However, if merchandise is found to be defective, please contact us to discuss your options.

Any product that arrives with a fault must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please note that the majority of products at Lisa’s Closet are handcrafted and therefore will have some irregularities.  These irregularities only confirm the hand made process and should not be considered as flaws, but as an integral part of the garment that enhance its character and individuality. 

Any Faulty goods will be assessed as per the disclosure above and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Out of Stock / Back Orders

From time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances, items may be out of stock. Should this happen, you will be contacted immediately to notify you of this. Should this occur, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product or back order your item (where possible). 

Unpaid Orders

In regards to unpaid orders, items will be returned to stock if payment is not made within 7 days.


Please note that colours of products may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.

Washing Instructions

Due to the delicate nature of our clothing we recommend to DRY CLEAN where possible or hand wash items only in cold water. Using hot water will most likely shrink the clothing. Occasionally some items will be suitable for a gentle machine wash and will state this on the label. Please check the labels on your clothing for washing instructions before washing.
